What to Expect

This is not a lecture about screen habits and it is not a relaxation session.


The first appointment is designed to change how the urge to check the phone feels.


Most people notice a measurable shift within the first week, such as:


• the phone is easier to ignore
• the mental pull to re-check weakens
• starting tasks requires less effort
• bedtime resistance decreases


You will still own and use your phone. The difference is the reach is no longer automatic.


If no change is noticeable after the first week, we address it directly rather than continuing blindly.

Who this is for

This Program IS:

  • A structured 3-week behavior change process

  • Designed to reduce the urge rather than rely on discipline

This Program is NOT:

  • A digital detox or device ban
  • Talk therapy or weekly counseling
  • An app blocker, monitoring system, or accountability plan
  • A one-session quick fix

Program Structure

This vaping cessation program is delivered over a short, focused timeframe to disrupt dependency patterns and reinforce behavior change.

The structure is intentional. 

Consistency and reinforcement matter more than intensity.

What happens after you schedule

You will select your starting date and time directly on the calendar.


After booking, you’ll receive:


• A brief Digital Reset questionnaire
• A short personal profile form
• Instructions for your first visit


The first session is 90 minutes and takes place in person in Phoenix.


You do not need to prepare anything complicated. The forms simply help identify when the automatic phone behavior occurs so we can target it immediately.


After the first appointment, the remaining sessions are scheduled in sequence so the change stabilizes in real life.
