I don't tutor, manage schedules, or give productivity advice.

My work focuses on performance responses — what happens in the moment someone needs to start, concentrate, or perform under pressure. When that response is unstable, people know what to do but cannot reliably do it. They delay starting, lose focus, rush tests, or fall short of what they prepared for.


Using structured, in-person sessions, I help clients recognize the signal that appears right before performance drops and train a steady response they can use immediately. 


The goal is simple: attention holds, follow-through improves, and test performance reflects preparation.


This applies across the situations I see most often:


  • students struggling to start or complete schoolwork
     
  • test-takers whose scores don’t match their study effort
     
  • adults who cannot stay with important tasks even when they want to
     

The work is practical and targeted. 


We identify where the breakdown occurs and train a reliable response so results show up outside the office, not just during an appointment.

Why other attempts haven't worked

Most people arrive here after trying the reasonable solutions first.

More studying. Tutoring. School support. Counseling. Productivity systems. Apps, timers, and accountability plans. 


Each one can help in the right situation — but they all assume the same thing: that the problem is knowledge, organization, or effort.


For many students and adults, it isn’t.


The breakdown happens at a specific moment — right before starting a task, right when pressure rises, or right when attention needs to hold. In that moment the brain shifts states. Focus narrows, pacing changes, or avoidance takes over. After that point, strategies and reminders rarely stick because the response is already active.


This is why someone can understand the material but underperform on a test, intend to start work but keep delaying, or create a plan they genuinely want to follow and still not execute it.


My work targets that moment directly. We identify the signal that appears before the drop in performance and train a controlled response to it. When that response changes, the same tools that never worked before suddenly start working because they can finally be used.

WHY MY BACKGROUND MATTERS

This work is built around performance, not theory.

I’ve worked in environments where people had to think clearly and act correctly under pressure — classrooms, leadership roles, and emergency response. 


In each setting the same pattern appeared: when the pressure response took over, capable people stopped performing at their normal level.


That experience shaped how I approach this problem.


I don’t rely on long explanations or motivation. I focus on identifying the exact point where performance breaks and training a response that holds when stakes are real. Hypnosis is the tool I use to access that response quickly and practice it until it becomes reliable.


The goal isn’t insight.
The goal is usable change — attention that holds, tasks that start, and performance that matches preparation.

People usually find me after a lot of effort has already been spent.

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably already put a lot of effort into fixing the problem. 


Most people who come in aren’t looking for motivation — they’re tired of trying things that should have worked.


When you come to see me, you won’t be judged or put on the spot. My job is to understand what’s actually happening, keep the session clear and structured, and give you something you can use right away.


You don’t have to prepare or perform in the office. I’ll guide the process step by step so you know what we’re doing and why. 


The goal is simple: you leave with a practical way forward instead of more frustration.

What to Expect

Sessions are held in person in Phoenix and scheduled privately. 


You will not be placed in a group setting or a waiting room conversation. 


The appointment starts with a short review of the questionnaires so we can quickly understand where the pattern shows up and keep the session focused.


The working portion is structured and guided. You remain aware and able to respond the entire time. Nothing is forced, and you are not asked to share anything unrelated to the problem you came to solve.


Most people find the process straightforward. You’ll know what we are doing as we do it, and you leave with a method you can use in real situations — at your desk, during study time, or when pressure rises.


The goal is simple: a clear session, a usable response, and a practical result once you walk out the door.
