ADHD-to-Action Program

You’re probably here because getting started has become the daily fight — procrastination, late or missing work, constant reminders, arguments about responsibility, or a young adult who genuinely intends to do things but still doesn’t follow through.

This page shows exactly what will happen after you book and helps you choose the right starting point for teens and adults needing ADHD help and executive function support in Phoenix.

Choosing the 3-Session or 6-Session Option

3 Sessions — The Starting Point

Investment: $895


Most begin here.


This option fits teens and adults who are capable but stuck. They understand what needs to be done and often do well once they finally start — the problem is getting themselves to begin without pressure, reminders, or conflict at home.


The goal of the first three sessions is to change the start-up pattern. When that improves, follow-through usually improves with it.

6 Sessions — Added Reinforcement

This option is for patterns that have been in place a long time or are already affecting work, college, or independence.


You may recognize this if you’ve tried structure, consequences, planners, therapy, or medication and the behavior still returns. These clients can improve quickly, but the change doesn’t hold without more repetition and reinforcement.


The additional sessions are not a different process — they give the new pattern time to stabilize so the change lasts.

What to Expect

The first visit focuses on the moment you see every day — when they know something needs to be done but still don’t begin.


We work directly on that behavior so action becomes easier than avoidance.


Within the first week, families commonly notice:


• starting tasks with less prompting
• fewer arguments about getting started
• less last-minute panic around deadlines
• needing fewer reminders


School and work expectations do not change. What changes is how much resistance shows up before action.


After each visit we review what you’re actually seeing at home and adjust so the change carries into daily routines.

What happens after you schedule

You will choose your starting date and time directly on the calendar.


After booking, you’ll receive:


• a brief ADHD-to-Action questionnaire
• a short personal profile form
• instructions for your first visit


The first session is 90 minutes and takes place in person in Phoenix.


You do not need to prepare anything complicated. The forms simply help identify where follow-through breaks down so we can address it immediately.


After the first appointment, the remaining sessions are scheduled in sequence so the change carries into daily routines at home, school, or work.
